A clear sales process brings marketing and legal preparation together.
Prepare before launch
Choose an agent, read the agreement and arrange the contract through a solicitor or conveyancer. Agree on evidence-based pricing, marketing costs and preparation. The agent handles the campaign; they do not replace legal advice or a building specialist.
From offers to settlement
Review price and conditions together. Acceptance of an offer is usually not binding until exchange, and cooling-off rights or exceptions need legal advice. Settlement follows the contract timetable and releases proceeds after relevant payments and adjustments. Auctions have no cooling-off period, so buyers need preparation before bidding.
