Staging should help buyers understand the space, not follow rigid rules about how every home must look.

Keep scale and circulation clear

Too much furniture can hide room dimensions; too little can make use difficult to picture. Try a layout suited to the property and audience. Colour and accessories are preferences rather than universal sale rules.

Avoid misleading presentation

Do not hide damage, obstruct equipment or use editing that misrepresents the home. Compare styling quotes, hire periods and extension costs. Full styling is optional and may not suit your budget. A consistent, accurate presentation is more useful than assuming one fashionable look guarantees faster selling.
