A short campaign preparation period calls for priorities, not concealment or rushed regulated work.

Make an achievable list

Arrange the contract, choose the agent and identify the most visible cleaning and organisation tasks. Get quotes for necessary repairs and use qualified trades. Avoid starting a large renovation you cannot complete properly.

Be clear about condition

Coordinate photography only when the home is ready. A tight timetable may be workable, but it does not guarantee a fast sale.
